For May 4: "Holy Obedience," A Testament of Devotion
In a year focused on spiritual transformation, we will be reading from the enduring classic A Testament of Devotion by Thomas R. Kelly. For May, we'll talk about the second chapter, "Holy Obedience," which Kelly describes as "the life and the power of George Fox and of Isaac and Mary Penington....[and] John Woolman who decided, he says, 'To place my whole trust in God...'" What are the gateways, obstacles, joys, and spiritual fruit?

Everyone is welcome to join Friends at the Concern for Quaker Living Book Club. Spiritual Transformation is our theme for Sept. 2025-June 2026. We'll be meeting the first Monday of the month at 6:00 pm through June 2026, unless otherwise announced.
