Invitation for NYC Quakers to Apply to Brooklyn Friends School

Dear Friends,

Brooklyn Friends School warmly welcomes you to apply for admission for the 2026-2027 school year. We encourage members of the Religious Society of Friends to consider BFS, as our admissions policies give priority consideration to members of the New York Quarterly Meeting.

We offer an Early Notification option for Early Childhood 2s, 3s, and 4s applicants who are children of NYQM members. At Brooklyn Friends, Early Notification is also offered to current BFS siblings, as well as children of colleagues and alumni, applying to the Early Childhood program.

All families interested in Brooklyn Friends School are invited to contact the BFS Enrollment Office.

Applications are available now for the 2026-2027 school year and information can be found on Ravenna. Please find application deadlines for the 2025-2026 admissions cycle here.

Note that the New York Quarter has a scholarship fund available for NYC Quakers attending Brooklyn Friends and Friends Seminary: the Education Fund. Applications for the fund become available each January.
