The Relief Committee of the NYQM has funds to help members and attenders through financial difficulties. We can issue both loans and grants, but cannot distribute funds for business purposes, speculation, or education.
If you need financial help, please email relief@nycquakers.org. Someone from the Relief Committee will be in touch with you to talk over the situation and explain the process. You, or a member of a Pastoral Care committee may also review and complete the application in one of these ways:
- Fill out the online NYQM Relief Committee Application Form (updated March 12, 2026)
- Download and fill out the application PDF on a computer, save it, then email it to relief@nycquakers.org
- Print it the application PDF, fill it out, and hand to a Relief Committee member.

The Relief Committee meets on the third Thursday of each month. We review applications at that time.
