While he imitates kings and killers going back in time, the future that overwhelms this gang is made of our love of the Earth and each other.
We will turn around this fear of life, this traumatized “greatness,” with the things that are given to us by the Earth. Like an unbelievable love affair, the Earth will bring us powerful gifts that we can’t imagine: we will see through walls and take bombs from the sky. We will welcome the wisdom of the stranger and the rise of animals and plants and rivers and clouds as equals.
