“New York Quarterly Meeting (NYQM) Call to Worship
The New York Quarterly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) calls a QM Meeting for Worship every Wednesday until the Spring Meeting (First Day, April 21, 2019).
Location-15 Rutherford Place, Manhattan: Wednesday, February 13, 2019; 6:30 pm-8pm (Room 1); Wednesday, February 20, 2019, from 6:30 pm-7:30pm (Room 3) followed by Worship Sharing, and February 27, 2019 from 6:30 pm-8 pm Meeting Room).
Under the direction of the NYQM Ministry and Counsel Committee, these Meetings for Worship are called in an open hearted expectation of the presence of the Spirit, along with Friends of good will. We are preparing the ground for a Spirit-Led Quarterly Meeting.
While the way is not yet clear, we will meet in silent waiting for that clarity should it be God’s Will. All are Welcome to participate in person, or in prayer. All are welcome and all should be welcoming.
